Why is tobacco legal.

The amount of taxes on tobacco is amazing. In PA its 135 percent tax and it is ranked 19th highest amount of tax in the US. It is more than double the price of the product. So the governmet will over look tobacco as long as possible. It will probaly will be ban in 25 year or more. This points out how the power of greed will overlook health concerns.
